We are looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join Design Wagon as our client-facing rainmaker. You will represent a portfolio of high-quality digital products and services — web, mobile, SaaS, branding, and AI solutions — and earn directly from every deal you close. No income cap. No politics. Just results.
What you will do
- Identify, approach, and qualify new business opportunities across your network and beyond
- Lead discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and match them to our services
- Present Design Wagon's capabilities with confidence and genuine enthusiasm
- Manage your pipeline and follow-up cadence to consistently close new contracts
- Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure seamless handover post-close
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
The commission model

What we look for
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Ability to confidently pitch digital services — web, app, design, or tech solutions

- An existing network of business owners, founders, or marketing leads is a strong plus
- You thrive on ownership — you own your pipeline, your targets, and your income
